Yantai Taihai Manuel Nuclear Power Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "THM") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the A-share listed company Rongfa Nuclear Power Equipment Co., Ltd. It was established in 1994 and was formerly known as Manuel (Yantai) Industrial Co., Ltd. It currently has 1,114 employees, including 269 experts, technical, and management personnel, and more than 560 inspection, testing, and skilled technical workers. THM is a specialized nuclear power equipment manufacturing company focused on the R&D and production of key materials and core components for nuclear power plants (such as main pipes, surge pipes, container forgings, pump/valve and support castings/forgings) as well as metal equipment and piping products. It also provides special alloy casting and forging products and services for nuclear, thermal, hydroelectric power, oil and gas, petrochemical, and fluid machinery sectors.

THM has established a sound quality assurance system and has successively passed ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and other quality management system certifications. In accordance with HAF requirements, it has set up a complete nuclear quality assurance system and obtained the "Civil Nuclear Safety Equipment Manufacturing License." It has also passed ASME certification and holds ASME NPT, NS, and U stamp certificates.

THM is equipped with advanced production equipment for smelting, electroslag remelting, casting, forging (free forging, die forging, ring rolling), heat treatment, machining, and welding. It also has complete inspection and testing instruments, with annual production capacities of 6,000 tons for centrifugal cast pipes, 500 tons for precision castings, 10,000 tons for sand castings, 60,000 tons for large, medium, and small forgings, and 25,000 tons for high-purity electroslag ingots.
